Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Of 6 Years is Suing Him Over Unlawful Eviction

Erica Herman, Tiger Woods’ former girlfriend, has filed two separate lawsuits against the golfer and his trust. The first suit, filed in October 2022, alleges that a trust owned by Woods violated the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act by breaking an oral tenancy agreement, which led to damages exceeding $30 million.

Woods is not named as a defendant in the October lawsuit. In December, the trust filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice in response to Herman’s complaint, alleging that the dispute between the two began when Woods broke off his relationship with Herman in October and informed her that she was no longer welcome in his home.

The trust also stated that the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between the two required “confidential arbitration in all disputes between” Herman and Woods, and that Herman’s suit violates that agreement. A more recent complaint aimed at nullifying the NDA was served to Woods on Monday. Fisher Potter Hodas, a Florida-based family law specialist, is representing Herman in both cases.

The October filing alleges that Woods’ trust unlawfully brought Herman’s tenancy at the couple’s property in Florida to an end, causing “severe emotional damages to the plaintiff.” Specifically, the lawsuit claims that agents of the defendant told Herman to pack a suitcase for a short vacation before revealing to her that she had been locked out of the house on arrival at the airport.

Though the NDA was signed in August 2017, Herman believes it is “invalid and unenforceable.” The filing asks for the arbitration clause in the NDA to be deemed unenforceable under the federal Ending Forced Arbitration Of Sexual Assault And Sexual Harassment Act of 2021 as well as the federal Speak Out Act. The Speak Out Act prohibits the judicial enforceability of an NDA clause agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment. The filing does not accuse Woods of sexual assault or sexual harassment.

Erica Herman and Tyga Woods have not publicly announced their breakup. She was not present when he competed at the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas back in December 2022, nor at the Genesis Invitational he hosted at Riviera three weeks ago. Erica Herman was once an employee at The Woods Jupiter, a restaurant owned by Tyga Woods in Florida.

Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods EX-girlfriend who was one of the many women involved in Tiger Woods cheating scandal in 2009, is breaking her silence and is coming to Hermann’s defense. She supports Erica Hermann’s decision to sue Tiger Woods estate 100%. She wishes she had done the same instead of collecting the money she was offered at the time. Rachel ended up being paid 5 million and 1 Million every year for 3 years so 8 millions in total. She regrets taking the money; says she wishes she had broken her NDA. She claims no amount of money will ever give her life back. She did go through a very public humiliation and got shamed for being Tiger’s mistress.
